Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves managing scheduling, training, and enforcing company standards to maintain an engaging, inclusive environment.

You will work on developing the team, coordinating with store leadership, and ensuring the store meets performance targets and customer service goals.

Mansioni

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling, complaints, and supervision when Store Manager is away.
• Lead and train associates using LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed and maintain brand standards.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adhere to policies.
• Schedule staffing and cover peaks when needed.
