Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to partner with the Store Manager on driving sales, service, and store operations. You will lead a team, coach for performance, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

You will manage daily workflows, scheduling, and inventory accuracy while upholding Boot Barn values and community focus. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2–4 years retail management experience.
• Experience leading direct reports and driving teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsabilités

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed expectations.
• Review goals with partners, provide coaching and feedback, and be present on floor.
• Develop training plans to improve store performance across operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, hiring, and policy communication.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and adherence to visual presentation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
