Roses Express in Garden City, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager and deliver excellent customer service while overseeing daily store operations.

You will help hire and train staff, manage opening/closing procedures, safeguard assets, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom. This role emphasizes teamwork and flexible scheduling to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible full- or part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
