GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Ayden, North Carolina. You will be the steady hand keeping the store energized and running smoothly on all shifts.

You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach the team, manage inventory and scheduling, handle cash deposits, and step in as acting manager when required. Open availability and weekend/holiday work are required.

Qualifications

• Open availability, weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Minimum age 18+
• Proficient in English with basic math
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
