GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Wilmington, NC location to keep the store energized and running smoothly across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, manage cash, and ensure top-notch customer service.

Open availability required with weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. Growth opportunities exist to advance toward store leadership as you develop in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have food safety certification or be able to obtain one.
• Excellent English communication and basic math skills.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and facilities.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
