You will assist the Store Manager, handle cash, supervise staff, and ensure a clean, safe, well-stocked store environment. The position offers an hourly pay between $14 and $16 with weekly pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends and holidays, likely second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance where required.
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, and outdoor areas around pumps.
• English communication and basic math skills for cashiering and banking.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy and friendly service.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create schedules to ensure full coverage and handle daily cash deposits.
