Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and deliver great service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and store financials.
