GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive store performance and customer service excellence. You will support daily operations, manage the register, and lead a team focused on upselling and strong service on weekends and holidays.

This role requires open availability, a 21+ age, and a Food Safety Certification. A fast-paced retail setting offers growth toward Store Manager and beyond with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail leadership is preferred.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to upsell and deliver great service.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
