GPM Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 3083 in Wilmington, NC. The role is full-time with open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. You will assist the Store Manager, manage cash handling, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: must be able to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts (as per posting).
• Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance for deposits.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
