GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Sumter, SC store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise cash handling, and lead a customer-focused team across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, inventory management, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store. This role offers growth into store leadership and a weekly pay cycle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
