Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance for bank deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, hauling trash, and outdoor maintenance areas.
• Proficient English communication and basic math skills.
• Must obtain or have Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
