GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager at a high-energy convenience store in South Carolina. You will support the Store Manager across daily operations, handle the register, and drive customer service excellence on every shift.

The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays and active participation in hiring, training, and team leadership. Excellent opportunities for advancement to store manager or higher, with weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, and benefits

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, and upkeep tasks.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong English communication and basic math.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and help customers with speed and courtesy.
• Coach team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store and pump area.
• Create schedules for full coverage.
• Process daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
