Job summary

Böhme is a growing lifestyle retailer seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Murray, Utah. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive daily store operations, sales, and profitability while maintaining inventory control and brand standards across our western US locations.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, oversee schedules, ensure visual merchandising, and manage cash handling and POS procedures. One Sunday shift per month is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to count and perform retail mathematical equations.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff.
• Train sales associates and leads to develop in their areas.
• Develop staff schedules and manage shifts, including meal/break periods.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards across the floor.
• Supervise cash handling and POS procedures; ensure accurate cash flow.
• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and loss prevention.
