Job summary

böhme is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in Utah to drive daily operations, sales, and profitability. You will help recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules, and uphold visual standards while protecting company assets.

The role requires weekend availability and strong organizational, communication, and POS skills, with a focus on maintaining high store standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to count and perform retail mathematical equations.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire store staff.
• Train Sales Associates and Leads; develop in their areas.
• Manage staff schedules including overtime and breaks.
• Maintain diverse workforce and inclusive environment.
• Motivate sales staff to reach store goals and promotions.
• Resolve customer service concerns professionally.
• Ensure visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures.
• Maintain POS technology familiarity and store systems.
