Qualifications

• Experience with POS and store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and staff daily.
• Recruit, interview, and promote with succession planning.
• Manage schedules, payroll budgets, and inventory control.
• Address customer service issues professionally.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store standards.
• Participate in management meetings and loss prevention.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and bank procedures.
• One Sunday shift per month.
