You’ll drive store performance through strong leadership, team development, and community-focused initiatives, while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships
• Team player with ownership and initiative
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations including inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events, philanthropy, and initiatives.
