You will support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to expand our customer base and maximize profitability.

Internally, you will be referred to as Assistant Manager and report to the Store Manager. You will drive sales, lead a team, manage payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships while ensuring legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business/retail.
• 1-3 years of work experience and 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team with ongoing development.
• Support daily operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
