GameStop Lexington, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, including guest service, merchandising, staffing, and daily financial tasks. You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, promote programs, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment while delivering best-in-class service and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in business/marketing/merchandising.
• 6 months retail management experience preferred.
• 2 years retail sales/guest service/management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote sales.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and operations.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily.
