Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Florence, KY, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store 1623) to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive guest service in a fast-paced gaming retail environment.

The role requires leading Sales Associates, managing schedules, onboarding, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. On-site position with opportunities for growth and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail management experience.
• At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote a sales culture.
• Lead store operations and supervise Sales Associates in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Process POS transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure Omni‑Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily.
• Assist the Store Manager with payroll, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
