Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Demonstrate extraordinary service and act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values.
• Foster a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
• Provide real-time feedback, coaching and training to team members, escalating issues as needed to Store Manager.
• Deliver world-class, in-person training to all new team members and ensure timely completion of training paths.
• Work with HQ to organize ongoing in-store training for products and services.
• Maintain VM standards and support product launches with visual training sessions.
• Oversee store operations, shipments, transfers, and loss prevention compliance.
