Tecovas is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy, customer-focused team. You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring superior service, premium product presentation, and efficient store operations.

Based in Austin, TX, this full-time role requires leadership, merchandising acumen, and the ability to deliver world-class customer experiences across our omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Demonstrates extraordinary service and acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Deliver in-person training to all new team members and ensure completion of training paths.
• Manage visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation.
• Uphold compliance with shipments, transfers and restock standards.
