Tecovas in Austin, TX is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to drive an exceptional in-store experience and lead a team toward sales and service excellence. You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and daily operations to ensure a premium customer journey.

You will coach associates, uphold visual merchandising standards, and optimize product flow while maintaining loss prevention practices and a collaborative store culture.

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
