Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service across our retail locations.

This role coaches store associates, maintains visual standards, and ensures a clean, well-presented store while upholding the company dress code.

Responsibilities include leading service behaviors, managing scheduling within wage guidelines, inventory control, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to drive retail sales while minimizing loss.
• Clear, professional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service behaviors to produce sales gains and support KPIs.
• Model selling and ensure accurate, timely resolution of customer needs.
• Maintain visuals including proper merchandising, signage, cleanliness, and store readiness.
• Deliver documented feedback on sales performance, recognizing strengths and coaching opportunities.
• Set expectations aligned with Company objectives and follow up for results.
• Model professionalism including adherence to the Company Dress Code Policy.
• Protect Company assets by following Lids policies and best practices.
• Assist with scheduling to provide coverage within wage guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts with accurate documentation.
• Open and close the store per the Operations P&P Manual and maintain records consistent with policy and law.
• Support and adhere to all Lids policies, procedures, and guidelines.
