Job summary

You will supervise and train associates, assist with merchandise, open/close procedures, and ensure safety and policy compliance while maintaining a friendly, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure seasonal areas are maintained.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Uphold safety policies and professional interactions with customers.
