Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Record-keeping tasks including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention and protect store assets.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Coach and develop Store Associates and ensure policy compliance.
