Job summary

Dollar Tree in Sacramento is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver friendly customer service, and support team development. You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and cashier tasks while ensuring store standards and safety policies are followed.

The role emphasizes training, supervising, and motivating associates to provide consistent experiences for shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
