Job summary

Dollar Tree Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities and help ensure effective merchandising and safety compliance.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication and teamwork, and a proactive approach to supervising and developing store associates. This part-time position offers opportunities for growth within our retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards.
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
