Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and staff development at our Minnesota location. You will assist with day-to-day activities and help ensure shelves are stocked and displays maintained.

You will lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, training associates, and executing corporate directives. The role requires physical work, strong communication, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas of the store.
