Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and customer service. You will drive outreach, manage risk, and coach a team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical demands include standing up to 90% and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
