Job summary

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will help with open/close procedures, safety compliance, scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining a welcoming, high‑energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
