Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well-organized on the sales floor and in stockrooms.

The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, the capacity to manage open/close procedures, and a focus on maintaining a safe, friendly store environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
