Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community for the Encinitas flagship to lead community initiatives and connect the store with local active/lifestyle networks.

You will partner with the General Manager to execute the community strategy and drive traffic, loyalty, and long-term growth. You will also oversee team development, brand-aligned events, and ensure store operations integrate community experiences with Vuori’s standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong communication with HQ, team and external partners.
• Proven ability to prioritize, time manage, plan events and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning/execution of community programs connecting store to local fitness and wellness networks.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to align initiatives with brand standards and business goals.
• Represent Vuori with authenticity at events, in-store, and in team sweats.
• Ensure all community touchpoints reflect Vuori brand values and customer experience standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, high-performing team and uphold store SOPs across operations.
