Job summary

Vuori in San Diego is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Product to ensure seamless in-store operations, from product handling to visual merchandising. You will analyze product performance, coordinate with the GM and HQ, and drive improvements in customer experience.

You will lead a dynamic team, foster a collaborative store culture, and execute community engagement strategies while upholding Vuori SOPs and store standards.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, with at least one weekend day.
• Must be a punctual, reliable leader with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily/weekly product operations tasks, including shipments, following Vuori SOPs.
• Implement product operations initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and address product concerns with GM and HQ for continuous improvement.
• Oversee visual merchandising: new product flips, looks, in-season management.
• Collaborate with Field Visual Merchandiser to meet brand standards and seasonal goals.
• Support GM in hiring, onboarding and training; drive engagement.
• Promote a safe work environment with risk assessments and safety protocols.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Empower staff to resolve issues while guiding them.
• Represent Vuori at community events and drive local engagement.
• Assist labor scheduling, budgeting and UPH targets via scheduling and productivity monitoring.
• Control store expenses within allocated budget.
