Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community in Encinitas to lead community initiatives, in-store events, and product storytelling that drive traffic and loyalty. You will partner with the General Manager to execute a dynamic community strategy and build lasting relationships with local wellness networks.

You will also manage operations that support a high-energy retail environment, mentor a team, and ensure every touchpoint reinforces Vuori’s brand, values, and customer experience

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to create and maintain effective communication with HQ partners, team members, and external partners.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with event planning and management a plus.
• Established track record in retail sales leadership, driving sales targets through planning, execution and team motivation.
• Demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities aligned with Vuori's culture and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of community programs that connect the store to local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle communities.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to develop and execute initiatives that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Represent Vuori authentically in-store, at team events, and at community events to reflect brand values and customer experience standards.
• Oversee store culture, coaching, and development to deliver exceptional community experiences.
