Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community to lead the store's connection with the local active and wellness community, partnering with the General Manager to execute the community strategy.

You will plan team sweats, in-store events, and product storytelling that bring the Vuori brand to life while driving traffic, loyalty, and long-term growth, while supporting store operations and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders including HQ, team and partners.
• Experience leading retail sales initiatives and driving targets.
• Strong planning and coordination for events and store programs.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting the store to local fitness and wellness networks.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to develop and execute brand-aligned initiatives.
• Represent Vuori authentically at events, team sweats, and in-store activities.
• Ensure all community touchpoints reflect Vuori's brand values and customer experience standards.
• Build relationships in the local community to drive traffic and loyalty.
