Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Community in Scottsdale to lead the store's engagement with the local fitness and wellness community.

You will partner with the General Manager to shape the community strategy and execute initiatives that connect customers to the Vuori brand through events, team sweats, and storytelling. You will foster a culture of learning, trust, gratitude, and fun while ensuring brand standards and excellent customer experiences across all community

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with HQ partners and store staff.
• Retail sales leadership with coaching and motivation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community programs connecting the store to the local fitness, wellness, and lifestyle community.
• Partner with HQ Community Manager to develop and execute initiatives that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Represent Vuori authentically in-store, at team events, and at community activities.
• Ensure every community touchpoint reflects Vuori’s brand, values, and customer experience standards.
• Build relationships within the local active community through events and partnerships.
• Foster a culture of community ownership within the store team and drive execution.
