Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager focused on community and customer connections. You will help guide the store team, deliver exceptional shopper experiences, and uphold Vuori’s brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will manage daily operations, train associates, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining top service levels and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience in-store.
• Lead the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and advise on merchandise fit.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events.
• Stay informed on new products and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations when Store Manager is absent.
• Drive sales through coaching and team-based incentives.
• Coordinate inventory needs and support merchandising goals.
• Assist with shipments, cycles counts, and backroom organization.
