Job summary

Vuori, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager of Product in San Diego to drive in-store product operations, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will own product moves, collaborate with the GM and HQ to optimize processes, and uphold Vuori’s standards while leading a teamwork-driven team. • Experience leading retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly product operations tasks, including inbound/outbound shipments and SOP adherence.
• Lead inventory management initiatives and ensure accurate product handling and timely project completion.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product flips, and in-store standards in collaboration with Field Visual Merchandiser.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff; promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Prioritize customer experience; empower staff to resolve issues and deliver memorable service.
• Support community initiatives and store events to promote Vuori's brand and local presence.
• Assist in labor planning and scheduling to optimize UPH targets and budget usage.
