Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development in Sun Prairie.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention while ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

This part-time role offers growth opportunities and exposure to retail leadership within a value-driven discount retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
