Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance with federal/state rules while supporting store leadership and district operations.

Formación

• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience with sales, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership and corporate when needed.
• Answer inquiries and process customer applications in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle cash transactions, balance drawers, and maintain accuracy.
