Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store in our Virginia markets.

You will drive outstanding customer service, educate customers on financial products, and model our values in daily operations. This role requires strong communication, cash-handling accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, with travel to multiple stores within the district as needed to support store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or corporate office when unable to resolve.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency and manage cash drawer, deposits, and related tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and other duties as assigned.
