Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a new Fort Myers location. You will support the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet financial targets, while representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, managing cash handling and scheduling, and ensuring compliant, high-quality guest experiences. Willingness to travel 10–25% and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Salesmanship and revenue-driving experience.
• Attention to cash handling and POS operations.
• Willingness to travel 10%–25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management.
• Educate guests on Curaleaf products and serve as brand ambassador.
• Communicate with Store Manager and District Manager to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Model selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build customer loyalty and meet financial targets.
• Supervise store operations, shifts, task delegation, and scheduling.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, and time records.
