Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Dundee Township, MI location. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a team, and report to the Training Manager and Team Leader of Retail Shops.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires lifting and standing for long periods, with a focus on merchandising and in-store confection production.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs. with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands.
