Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, and drive sales and profitability in a dynamic, seasonal store environment.

The role requires leadership to manage confection production in-house, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain inventory, compliance, and store standards, with focus on flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 pounds with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and work with hands.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations.

• Provide first-rate coaching and training.
• Achieve all budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Control expenses.
