Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead staff, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service. This role requires managing merchandising, inventory, production coordination, and back-office tasks in a fast-paced chocolate retail environment.

You will report to the Training Manager and Team Leader, ensuring a high standard of staff development and guest experience, with a schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees.
• Recruit and hire quality associates.
• Provide first rate coaching and training.
• Meeting sales and profit goals.
• Controlling expenses and inventory.
• Displaying strong merchandising techniques.
• Unloading, receive, and stock merchandise.
• Preparing and supervising in-house production of confection items.
