Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in a dynamic environment that blends in-store production with seasonal demand. You will recruit, train and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profit goals.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven customer service and selling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day store operations.
• Recruit and hire quality associates.
• Provide first-rate coaching and training.
• Achieve all budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Control expenses and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain proper visual presentation standards.
