Russell Stover Chocolates in Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and drive store growth. You will report to the Training Manager and Team Leader of Retail Shops, ensuring top customer service and efficient store performance.

The role requires 3 years of retail management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Word/Excel and email tools. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs. with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees.
• Recruit and hire quality associates.
• Provide first rate coaching and training.
• Meeting sales and profit goals.
• Controlling expenses and inventory.
• Displaying strong merchandising techniques.
• Unloading, receive, and stock merchandise.
• Preparing and supervising the regular in-house production of confection items.
