Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily shop operations, manage staff, and report to the Training Manager and Team Leader of Retail Shops. You will supervise, hire, coach, and ensure a memorable customer experience.

You’ll meet sales and profit goals, control expenses and inventory, stock merchandise, and support in-house confection production. A strong focus on merchandising and service will drive our gift-focused store.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience
• Customer service and selling experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience using an email service
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs. with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees
