Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to lead a team at our Berks County location. You will supervise staff, hire associates, coach performance, and drive sales while controlling costs and inventory.

You’ll merchandize, stock merchandise, and support in-house production of confection items with a strong service focus. The role requires at least 3 years in retail management, plus comfort with MS Word/Excel and email tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees.
• Recruit and hire quality associates.
• Provide first rate coaching and training.
• Meeting sales and profit goals.
• Controlling expenses and inventory.
• Displaying strong merchandising techniques.
• Unloading, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
