Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching; supervise daily store operations and duties.
• Support inventory management, shrink control, and expense management while upholding brand standards.
